Land off Heath Lane, Lowton (Phase Two)
Bloor Homes, one of the largest privately-owned house builders in the country, has announced that it is bringing forward proposals for an additional 68 new homes in Lowton, building on the successful delivery of phase one, adjacent to this site.
The draft plans include 68 new high-quality homes that will respond to the needs of local people by delivering properties in a range of styles and sizes. This will include first time buyers looking to get their foot on the property ladder, growing families seeking to upsize or older residents considering downsizing.
But to ensure we can deliver the new properties that Lowton needs, we want to hear your views.
We want to be a good neighbour to existing residents. We want to deliver new homes that respond to local housing needs. We want to design a scheme that complements the local area. And we want to know what local people think about our draft plans to help us to achieve the best scheme we can.
